FEMA Baseline Courses

This Independent study course introduces ICS and provides the foundation for higher level ICS training. It describes the history, features and principles, and organizational structure of the system. This course also explains the relationship between ICS and NIMS.
IS-700 Course Materials
Within Six (6) Months of becoming an ARES/RACES operator, completion of FEMA's ICS-100 and IS-700 certifications is a requirement. Waupaca County ARES/RACES members who complete their ICS-100 and IS-700 certifications can submit their certifications to Dave Chroninger (WB9GBG) at: condor46@wi-net.com

Radar Interpretation
