811 Harding Street, Lower Level in the EOC Room.

TRAINED SPOTTERS
FOR NOAA
Our Trained Spotters monitor severe weather conditions throughout Waupaca County and report severe conditions to Net Control. Our SkyWarn Net Controller reports severe weather conditions to the Green Bay National Weather Service and National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
